Our education and training diploma is a nationally recognised qualification for teaching.
The diploma is taught via distance larning and has an excellent track record for trainee employment.
Our Training Manager is QTLS qualified and can mentor and support you through your QTLS accreditation process.
This Level 5 education diploma is equivalent to but different from the PGCE teacher training, which we do not offer. Both courses can qualify you to achieve QTLS. If you are looking into becoming a teacher without a degree then this DET course can be your path.
Please note: You will need to have access to 100 hours of teaching practice. This can be full-time, part-time, paid or voluntary.
