These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Blenducate Learning Centre ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in our courses, workshops, or exam centre services, you agree to these terms.

We provide the following educational services:
Primary Education: Part-time Montessori-inspired tuition for home-educated children aged 5-11
GCSE & A-Level Tuition: Subject-specific tutoring for secondary school students
Home Education Support: Resources and guidance for home-educating families
Professional Courses: Accredited teaching qualifications
SEN & OOAS Support: Specialist support for learners with additional needs
Exam Centre: Registered private exam centre for external candidates
Workshops & Clubs: Creative, academic, and enrichment activities
We reserve the right to accept or decline registration based on available spaces and suitability for the programme.
If a course is full, you may join a waiting list. No fees are charged until a place becomes available.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. This is credited towards your first month's fees.
Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a £10 administration fee after 7 days.
If you receive government childcare funding (15/30 hours), we will claim directly from your local authority. You are responsible for any remaining balance.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services. Outstanding balances must be settled before re-enrolment.
14 days' written notice is required to cancel ongoing courses or workshops. Notice must be given via email or Famly app.
We reserve the right to cancel courses or workshops due to insufficient enrolment, staff illness, or facility unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit towards alternative services.
Regular participation in booked sessions is appreciated. Please notify us in advance of absences via Famly app or email.
All students must:
Persistent disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or permanent exclusion (with fees refunded pro-rata).
Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at enrolment. Failure to do so may compromise student safety.
You must provide at least two emergency contacts and keep them updated throughout enrolment.
Students showing symptoms of contagious illness should not attend. We will contact you to collect your child if they become unwell during a session.
All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding procedures. We follow current government guidance on child protection.

Consent Required: Explicit written consent is obtained before using student images publicly. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Student Names: Names may be used in internal communications (e.g., Famly app). Public use requires separate consent.
Our Ofsted-registered exam centre accepts private candidates for GCSEs, A-Levels, and professional qualifications.
Candidates must comply with:
Cheating, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification and a permanent ban from the exam centre.
Results and certificates are issued by awarding bodies according to their timelines. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

We maintain public liability insurance. Parents should ensure personal belongings are covered by their own insurance.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to necessary data processing for educational services delivery.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be communicated via email, Famly app, or our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
